I had a smoke this morning for the first time in like 2 months. God!!! it was harsh and disgusting!!! Why did I smoke for fifteen years?? Oh...right, addiction. Seems so different than 2 months ago. I do love the patch though!!! Fun Fun!! Awesome dreams. Maybe I could smoke for three months then quit and go on the patch for three months. Ha Ha.
